I installed a brand new HP 711 printhead replacement kit and brand new ink cartridges for a DesinJet T120  large format printer following the replacement instructions carefully but I keep receiving an error "possible printhead problem" after running through all the installation steps as per the prompt on the printers display.

I rebooted the printer and reseated the new printhead and cartridges numerous times but still get the same error occurring.

How can I solve this issue? I checked the firmware as well which is the latest version. Please help.
