Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I get the error "0x000000cb impossibile trovare l'opzione di ambiente specificata" when I try to print the test page.

I cannot print any file even if I have no error message and no print queue.

I get the same error even if I unplug the usb cable.Immagine.png

You might have better success if you use a network connection instead of USB. I have seen other posters state that autocad makes a driver that works. If your printer does not have network you can add one by purchasing a E/IO internal jet direct card such as a 620N or better.

With a network connection and a static IP for the printer, I have the exact issue on Windows 10.  It worked for some time, but then a Windows Update broke everything.  I have heard I need to put my DJ510 on a GL/2 jetdirect card - I'm trying that next to see if it helps - I ordered it today.  My DJ800 has the same exact issue as well and broke at the same time that my DJ510 did.  

 

HP - PLEASE ANSWER THIS QUESTION - WHY DON'T THE PLOTTERS WORK IN WINDOWS 10 ANY MORE?  Give us something that helps us please.

Windows 10 update seems to have knocked several legacy models of printers offline and won't connect.

 

I can't verify the veracity of the article because I seldom use Win10 and have never updated the one copy I do have so don't know if deleting the update will work or not but it's a starting point at least.

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.
