Hey, everybody. Patient printer hp designjet 800 sn: [Personal Information Removed], model C7780B. When installing on Windows 10 x64, drivers are automatically installed, but cannot open printer settings and print queue. The driver is unknown in the properties. When I manually install the driver from the official HP page everything appears. Print queue, printer settings. 

But when trying to print a test page the error "Unable to complete the operation. The system cannot find the specified environment parameter".

But the most interesting thing is that when you open the print control, select printer and print a test page - the test page is printed.

Who had the same problem. Write how to solve it.

P.S. I tried drivers from Windows 7, it doesn't h

elp.
