Hp latex 360 maintenance cartridge Error, we keep getting a 21:13 Error message. I looked up what it was and checked for loose or jammed paper, but nothing. this problem started after the print media reached the roll's end and did not detach from the roll and jammed the motor. Now when starting up the carriage will leave the dock go down to the end then stop and the maintenance cartridge will push the maintenance cartridge door open.

the only way I can get the printer to work again is to turn off the printer and restart it with the maintenance cartridge out, then click the main screen and click reinstall maintenance cartridge.
