Hello 

You need to replace HP Designjet Encrypted chip 

It is on the main board in USB slot 

 

I use this one on ebay .

My version is different maybe. I have a 8gb sandisk pendrive. So is it working as kind of hard drive where it is located the operating system and so on. do you think it may be damaged?
