HP Recommended
Product: HP Design Jet 500, which I own.
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am getting an error message as follows:  Severe Error: 0x8010001,  Task: Interrupt,   File: Carmotor.C,   Line: 2403.   Can anyone tell me what the problem is?  I was receiving this message prior to replacing the car motor and receive the same message after replacing the car motor.
