I can not connect my hp design jet z2600 to my computer I am connecting by ethernet. My comp is windows 10

I am using the hp designjet package form hp website. It doesn't gave me an error just that is unable to print message in the computer. I installed all drivers from the web page. I don't know what else to do.

Have you confirmed that the printer and computer are able to communicate by performing a network ping of the printer from the computer? Are you able to access the Embedded Web Server of the printer?

Your recomendation works wiht one of my computer tha has a windows 7 installed and the printer works, but i could not connect it to my other computer with windows 10. I don't know how to do it because in my other computer start runing automaticly and instsall by itself what she needs but in this one is not. This one is my primary, and I dont know how to perform the pin or what you said. My appologies for my ignorance but i am too old for thecnology!
