Printehead F9J86A (S/N 4084379) for Designjet Z2600
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a defective printhead F9J86A (S/N 4084379) for Designjet Z2600.

I've done every troubleshooting process I can find about it... cleaning terminals etc.  The printer keeps saying it's defective and to replace it.  It's brand new, right out of the box. I don't care to go back to the retailer since I work for a government agency and the bureaucracy I have to go through to do that is intolerable. I'd rather deal directly with HP. I cannot find a way to send it in for a warranty claim or talk to an agent.

Any suggestions?

You need to go to support.hp.com and open a case. Unfortunately that is the only way to deal with this.
