I work for a state agency we own two HP DesignJet T1700dr which are working fine. I would like to purchase extended warranties for both. For some reason I am having difficulty contacting anyone with HP to perform this action. Any ideas or contacts would be helpful.

As a second suggestion (sorry for butting in). Use the Partner Locator and find a Designjet partner as this is the most common method for purchasing a carepack.
