I have an HP T380 that says scan bar needs replacement. I sent the unit to the seller for repair. After buying the scan bar from them, they said that it is still not working even after the scan bar is replaced with a new one. They suspect it is the PCA causing the problem so we ordered a new PCA from them. We are still waiting for the PCA to arrive. The problem is that my printer is still with the seller and it is already more than six months since I sent it to them. They said HP is very slow in sending the spare parts. I don't know if it is true, so I want to talk directly to someone in HP directly. I don't know how to contact them. Maybe they can help me.

Some parts have been very slow, I just completed a repair for a client and those parts were ordered in late November.
