Product: DesignJet Z5200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The hard drive in the Z5200 stopped working (error code 08:11). I have numerous SATA 2.5" drives available to replace it, but obviously need to image the drive. Is there an image available?

HP Recommended

You need to purchase HDD with the firmware already loaded on a drive. Data on drive is encrypted, and no image or cloning can help.
