HP DesignJet Z9+dr 44-in PostScript Printer with V-Trimmer

Hello,

I'm having an issue where someone can't get all the print options to appear when trying to print a poster through adobe or the HP Print preview, all the needed options like changing sizes is grayed out. I've read having the pdf driver version might be an issue, but when I try to run HP DesignJet and PageWide XL PCL3 Driver for Windows, nothing happens, the driver from this page: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-designjet-z9-postscript-printer-series/21158678/...

Wondering what needs to be done to get it installed?

Is the computer printing directly to the printer or through a print server. Does the user have permissions to change printer settings? Does it work on different computers?

Thanks for the help, it would be printing over a print server, with the printer on a company domain setup.

Yes for changing printer settings.

Yes, other PCs can print fine with all options.

I saw over on the adobe support board that using a non-pdf driver should fix it if I can get the best instructions to do so.
