Installing a printer driver for a printer I don't have

My local Staples has XL 3800 that I need to use to print an architectural size E PDF file on.  I need to install the print driver for the XL 3800 so that my software (MS Project) will allow me to use that size paper.  I've downloaded the HP Click Driver.exe file, but have no idea where the driver files are installed so that I can use them to add the printer to my list so the software finds it.  

How do I do this?
