HP DesignJet T120 24-in Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Dear support community,

in our company we run a DesignJet T120 printer. Latest firmware is installed. With one of our laptops (HP Zbook 15 G5) we experience issues when trying to select user

defined page settings. When clicking on "create" as highlighted in the screenshot below, usually a windows pops up where you can choose user defined settings.

On the mentioned device above, the window doesn't pop up. Nothing happens and it seems that the printing application hangs.

But when pressing Alt+F4 key, we are able to close the application as if an unvisible window opened in the background.

We performed a fresh install on the laptop with Windows 11, the latest printing drivers from HP and we had exactly the same behaviour as on Windows 10 before.

On all other HP laptops the user defined page settings work as expected, but not on this one.

I wonder if anyone can give me a hint.
