Hello everyone. I was getting the 24:10 error on the L25500 I had. I replaced the broken bag with the new cartridge. I did "recovery broken bag" but did not accept it. Eerom reset, but this time does not see the cartridges and printheads. Can you help me. Thank you very much everyone.

First of all thank you for your answer. I did the writings there, but there was no solution. I tried installing firmware, but it also failed. No one to help?
