I purchased the larger rolls of paper for the DesignJet T730 poster printer, but I can not get the roll to load. The back part where you have to open it to set the roll in can not close because of the size of paper. Is that the problem? If so, why sell paper of that size for that particular printer and be unable to use it? What do I do now, if so?

There are set maximum roll diameters for products and if the roll cover does not close likely that roll is too big.  Is this actual HP paper and was your model listed as compatible? Some models have the ability to take larger rolls but they may not work with all models.
