Product: HP Latex 700 W Printer
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur
We've been using the Latex 700W series for about a year now. Before that, we used the Latex 335 for five years, and we’re still using it. Our main production is wallpaper printing.
For the past year, I've been monitoring the Condensation Collector, but there hasn’t been a single drop of water. We also checked the pipes with the service team, and there’s no sign of any internal leakage either.
Is this normal?
Our workshop has good ventilation. I wonder if anyone else has experienced the same thing
