Hello, Although the overcoat option is disabled on paper profile but we’re still observing a considerable amount of overcoat usage during printing. I'm trying to identify the possible cause behind this unexpected consumption.
I ran the same print file as a job four times, and the consumption remained consistent in each run.
The firmware is up to date, PLS 60-25-28-1
4 days ago, during printing, suddenly half of the optimizer was gone. By 'half,' you can understand what I mean from the attached photos. The issue didn’t resolve on its own, so I replaced the printhead, and it's been working fine for now. The old printhead had reached 2,500ml. When I removed it and weighed it, it was only 48 grams.
Additionally, the roller section of the waste tank was clogged, with excessive overcoat and optimizer build-up. The maintance tank had only about 20% capacity remaining. I replaced it as well.
I'm concerned that these issues might be related to the recent firmware update.

I also checked my print jobs from before the firmware update, and I guess I hadn’t paid attention earlier, but the consumption has been more or less the same all along.
The overcoat printhead is currently around 1900ml. I removed and weighed it — it's exactly 60 grams.
Does anyone know what the normal weight should be? Is it around 68–72 grams?
I assume there’s always some level of consumption to help protect the printhead, which makes sense. However, the overcoat consumption is still significantly higher than the others, which seems unusual.
It feels like something isn't quite right
