L360

Hi All,

I'm wondering if any has any insights into the issues I'm having with the Lt Cyan printhead in my L360. Printhead is brand new, machine completely cleaned...encoder, rails, platen, bottom of carriage, contacts, etc. The issue is two fold. One is the light banding going horizontally across the print. The other is the odd dark stripes at the beginning of each pass closest to the service station. Both of these issues only occur in the Lt Cyan.  I'm leaning to some sort of electrical issue or noise.Dark stripes at beginning of passDark stripes at beginning of pass

Any help is appreciated.

Was the issue present before you changed the printhead?

Prior to the new printhead there were issues with the Lt Cyan just dropping out completely. Like ink starvation. This was also in a brand new printhead. Did a primer alignment, checked APS and forced a prime of the LT Cyan. None of those recovered the head so it was replaced.
