I work at a government facility and the are asking for the MAC address of the printer. I cannot access that through the menu as I cannot connect. the units serial # is [personal info removed]

Most devices will show the MAC address if you print the configuration or status page from the control panel. It is not possible to provide a MAC address based solely on the serial number. It is unlikely that HP keeps that information either.
