HP DesignJet T120 24" printer. Printer will not load paper. The feed is OK, but get error message stating "Media Load Failure- The printer is not able to complete the load because it cannot detect the paper. Try using different paper and avoid transparent paper types. If problem persists **bleep**." I received this during printing operation. Printer stopped and unloaded roll. I reloaded paper under different paper types and it worked for awhile, but now it will not load any type of paper. Can anyone suggest a fix for this issue? Thanks, Mike

It could be a failing or stuck oops sensor. This sensor is located in the paper path and is accessed by removing the sheet feeder.

Thank you for your response. My OOP Sensor wasn't disconnected. I adjusted the ribbon into its connector and re-taped the ribbon on the sensor plug. This actually worked for a few days, but it has failed again. I re-adjusted with no results. Would you know of another alternative?
