Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

MISSING OR FAILED PRINTHEAD for HP T520,,please help me on this one,,I just bought a new PRINTHEAD,,and brand new set of 711 HP original cartridges,,still am still getting error saying ,,Reseat prrinthead.

Remove the new printhead from the printer, turn printer Off, unplug the cable, wair for few minutes and then turn it ON without printhead and follow instructions on the screen.

Hi,thanks so much for your message,,I just tried yours now,,still the same ..Missing or failed print head error message coming up.,don't know,,I think I have to try something like update driver for printer or firmware,,will try that later on the HP website ..thank u..anybody has good news about it,,should try and help me,,thanks..
