Product: Design Jet T100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I see several questions about the multi-sheet feeder not being able to read the paper size.  All the threads I have found have been closed without HP providing an answer.   Is this a known design flaw that HP can't fix?

Based on the information in the user guide h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06326484 it would appear that only paper width is set automatically and you need to define the paper f

The multi-sheet feeder does not work.  It does not read the paper width.

 

Does anyone have a multi-sheet feeder that works?  Did you have to do something to it to make it work?  Has anyone every gotten any useful information from HP about multi-sheet feeders?
