Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My T210-24 design jet does not acknowledge  a new replacement cartridge. I bought a second 

cartridge, no luck. I cleaned the contact , no luck.

It's the printhead 99%, you will need to replace the printhead.

I am taking your advice. I ordered a new one , it hasn't arrived yet. When I took the old one out there was alot of ink on the bottom. In fact it was a mess. I'm assuming that is not normal. I am trying to figure out how to clean the place where it rested, it's hard to get to. I appreciate your advice and will let you know if works.
