Product: HP DesignJet T730 36-in Printer

I had recently change my 4 ink cartridges of my HP DesignJet T730 36-in Printer, three of then are "728" type but the black color one is "728B" and my plotter dont recognize it, i had tryed update the software (because the carridges has a description what says it), but the plotter still doesnt recognize it.
