Product: Designjet 5500ps
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The printer suddenly starting leaking blue ink onto the paper when printing, even when blue ink was not being used. Lifted the top and exposed the carriage, there was blue ink all over the carriage. It made a huge mess. It doesn't appear to be the printhead, it seems as though its coming from the carriage somehow.

Damaged tube or valve it happens. Needs complete cleaning and checking for leaks and repairing.
