Hi @TCtech11,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.
Thank you for reaching out. We understand you’re not receiving HP product notification emails, such as updates or solution alerts for your HP printer, and we’ll be glad to help you get this sorted.
A few things you can check:
- Check your HP account preferences
- Sign in to your HP account at HP account.
- Go to Account Settings → Notifications or Preferences.
- Make sure the options for “Product updates,” “Support notifications,” or “HP offers and solutions” are enabled.
- If you recently registered your printer, ensure it appears correctly under My Products in your account.
- Verify your printer registration
- Go to Official HP® Support.
- Sign in and confirm that your printer model and serial number are registered to your account.
- If not, select Add a product and complete registration. This links your device so HP can send you updates and notifications.
- Check your email filters
- Sometimes HP messages go to spam or promotions folders.
- Please add @hp.com and @hpcloud.hp.com to your safe sender list or contacts to ensure delivery.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have an amazing day!
