Hi, I have been using the firmware that came with my T2500 since i bought it., Lately I accidentaly updated it to the latest firmware and I am having problems using my expiered print head. I looked into your support section and it said there is no support for this printer, but there was this firmware listed which is of no use to me. Can you please help by providing the older firmware. thank you in advance.

Your only real hope is that someone has an archive of older firmware as HP typically does not offer older firmware to avoid liability lawsuits if the older firmware contains insecure code and could result in a user being hacked.

Thank you!

I am not sure why HP will be held responsible if I am requesteting for the firmware and will install it in my owned printer. To start with I had the firmware all along.

Sadly, companies have to be very cautious as there are people out there who would sue and also Government regulations. I will check my archive to see if I happen to have an older firmware I can offer.
