Operating System: iOS 10 - 10.3.3

Hello setting printer up for first time and need to connect to WiFi using App on phone. When I pick the printer it ask for passeord, what is this as I have no idea? Thanks

I reviewed the case regarding issues with printer.

 

I will be delighted to assist you here.

 

If it's the WiFi Direct, then try 12345678 which is the default password.

 

If you are trying to set up the printer for the first time, in the wireless network, then I would recommend you to follow this link and try the HP smart app.

 

There is a beautiful video as well, for the same in the link.
