Hello, our company received an HP DesignJet Z6810 a few months back.  I was tasked with putting it together.  I did, put it in place, ran the alignments with no issue.  I was asked to get it installed on our print server for network printing.  So I went back over to the activity and tried turning it on, it boots to about 30% and then just displays a message on the screen starting with Time-Stamp then date and time, but will not go past this screen.  They state they haven't used it since I set it up.ATT00001.jpg

Help please.
