Product: HP DesignJet Z6810 42-in Production Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

We are setting up our new DesignJet Z6810 and are walking thru the setup steps. We  are getting a 55:10 error code. WE've followed the instructions on the screen which was to restart the printer, but we get the same error code. Has anyone had this issue before?
