HP Recommended

I am having the noted problem with the referenced printer. On another similar post regarding T730 user repairatrooper noted "Open the window and the cartridge access door and look carefully around and under the printhead for ink." I believe this is what my attached images show? Can someone confirm? Does all this ink need to be cleaned out?

 

The out of paper sensor looks fine, and the line sensor brush also.
