Thanks to those who helped me find a replacement PCA board for my HP T830 36" plotter. I got it replaced, and the unit boots up now, goes through it self checks, and then asks for me to put 8.5 X 11" paper in the Multi-tray sheet module. I do, and it never goes beyond this step; I tried a spare Multi-tray sheet module, and I have the same issue. I looked at the sensor, and it does not appear to be blocked or dislodged. When I go into the diagnostic menu and run the OOP Sensor diagnostic, I get the 0053-0101 error. I checked the cable on the PCA to make sure it was installed properly and could not find any issues with the cable or connection. Just trying to make sure I did not overlook anything or a reset somewhere. As always, I appreciate any insight or help; thanks!
