Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I’m getting the error message open window and check printhead cover is properly closed. Everything seems closed I’ve open and closed it multiple times it’s all clicking but still getting the same error message even when I press enter

HP Recommended

Please replace the printhead. There is a 70% chance it resolve the issue.
