HI Guys, Cannot get rid of these black lines...can anyone help me with ideas? Tried new printheads and inks and nothing helped...after a couple of hours I find these black ink deposits on the rail as seen in picture so thinking maybe that could be the issue???

I found a lot of ink of Black in the carriage base area and when I cleaned the rail then has black ink on it also (see picture)
