Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
HP PLOTTER T120 not cutting the rolls properly, the paper either crush up when trying to cut paper or get stuck in printer.
it was recommended to call it in as it seem to be a cutter malfunction how do, i go about contacting someone to look at the plotter as it is still in the warranty period

Hello,
Try to remove the cutter, from the left side (ink door), check if any jammed paper into the cutter rail or left side, also I attached the guide on how to remove the cutter
if failed contact our support. its probable cutter issue.
