Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm DONE WITH hp WIDE FORMAT PRINTERS, I HAVE PURCHASED 2 -7610 WIDE FORMAT PRINTERS IN THE LAST 4 1/2 YEARS PRINTER WORKS FINE THEN PRINTERHEAD ERRORS OUT OF NOWHEREI ONLY USE hp INK CARTRIDGES. SAME THING HAPPENED WITH BOTH PRINTERS

This looks like a hardware issue. Refer to the document HP Officejet Printers - 'Missing or Failed Printhead' Error for details.
