HP DesignJet Z2100 photo

Hi,

We are continually getting a "Paper Jam" message on our Z2100 printer. There are no jams in site, and everything appears to be in fine working order. Definitely would like to avoid a $500 service call. Any suggestions on how to clear the message? Thanks!

If you can find no visible jam the next issue is likely either a stuck or broken flag or dirt in the sensor. You need to check any moving sensor to make sure it is not broken. Most common is the top of form sensor that is located in the paper parth on the right side of the carriage (when you are facing the front of the printer).
