Product: HP DesignJet T830 24-in Multifunction Printer

Paper Mismatch message

The paper loaded in the printer does not match the paper required for the print job:

 

Current paper: Plain paper

 

Required paper: Adhesive paper:

 

I use HP plain roll paper for 24" x 36" Arch D printing. I have no need for Adhesive paper. Why would I get this message? As far as I know I have not requested adhesive paper?

HP Recommended

There is a setting in the print job at the driver level that is asking for adhesive paper. The printer is asking for the paper defined in the job settings or hard coded into the file you are trying to print.
