I want to use the only tray availble on my DesignJet T530 24 in plotter. I load 11 x17 paper making sure that it is seated correctly, and the guides are in the correct location and Locked. I open a pdf file (11 x 17) click print, select tabloid, and or A3 then OK. What I get is a message on the plotter screen saying "Name of the drawings requires to be printed on 17.0 in. but the printer currently using 10.636 in. Please choose among these options" My option are "Change paper, Print anyway or Cancel job. The random paper size is different each time  I have done multiple hard resets, removed and reintalled the printer on my computer, loaded and unloaded the paper multiple times. I am using HP poper so I know they can measure. I have googled help multiple times as well. The only options on the memu is the type of paper selection not the size like most of the search querries tell you. I bought this printer 5 years ago. I know that it is no longer availible, but I bought it for the 11 x 17 print capability which for the most part is not existant. I need some help here please. Thank you
