Product: designjet T1700dr

I have the HP designjet T1700 plotter and always print scale 1:1...example....a single line of 150 inches and prove with a metric scale and measure exactly 150 inches, but now always is 1/4 or 5/8 of an inch longer or shorther...I have been doing the paper advance calibration as in the user manual as well as in the service manual and have not good results....I already update the firmware.....please help....have a nice day.

I am using the one caming with the plotter when new......let me get more info about it.

Make sure that the latest driver from hp.com is in use.

I just upgrade from HP  the firmware...I have the last version from January this year.

I just asked the it person to check about the software.....I will let you know soon about this.
