I have a Z6100PS 60" printer and all of sudden it's printing this as HP calls it " worm marks". In the service manual it says low humidity is the reason , but we monitor that and that's not it. It gives no other suggestions, unfortunately. Was wondering if anyone has seen this before and if so, what the solution was. I had an idea it might be the vacuum, as it's a pattern so I'm thinking mechanical, just a guess. I changed a printhead or two, media, profiles, exactly the same.

Would really appreciate your help as I want to avoid just starting to replace things one at a time.

Thanks for your help,

Steve

To confirm, did you try a different brand of media or just another roll. The technical manuals state that this is strictly a media issue and does not relate to a hardware issue with the printer.
