When switching on, after the HP symbol and the loading progress bar appear, a blue screen with error B3000B70 appears. The plotter does not allow you to do anything else. Help me please to undersand the problem.

In most cases this is caused by a failed firmware stick which sits on the formatter board. You can purchase it through the HP Parts Store. It might be a bad formatter but in most cases it is the part listed below.

Part you need is CQ890-67105

Thank you very much for your quick reply. I saw that the component you kindly pointed out is no longer available on the HP store. After doing some research, I saw that they sell it as a component for the T120 and T520 plotter models. Can I also use it for my T210 plotter? Can you tell me if it is possible to try installing the firmware downloaded from the HP website on the USB memory stick to try to restore it? Is there a procedure for this? Thank you very much for all the information you will provide. Best regards.
