What format is the file you are trying to print? Which Adobe program? They make a couple. Which driver do you have installed. Are you getting an error or does the print job simply disappear.

Adobe Acrobat Reader. The plotter uses HP Click which doesn't work well. You can't change paper size. You can't print from within a program you have to drag and drop the entire file into it then turn off every thing you don't want to print. When Adobe opens it's print dialogue box it has the plotter listed in the printer select drop down box but none of the buttons are active and if you hit print it send the print to another printer
