New Firmware was installed 9/1/2025

New ink cartridge was installed 8/15/2025

New ink Print heads installed 8/15/2025

Ink cartridge and print head are HP genuine products confirmed on HP Site

Yet Plotter has ? Mark next to Ink and Print head on display screen

It prints band of light and dark color when  image has big water body

- please share more details about both printer and ink cartridges

- we recommend both printer and ink cartridges to be HP only
