Yet Plotter has ? Mark next to Ink and Print head on display screen

It prints band of light and dark color when  image has big water body

Thank you for reaching out. Regarding your Plotter does not recognize HP ink cartridge and print head that you’re experiencing.


Kindly review the instructions as below :

- please share more details about both printer and ink cartridges

- we recommend both printer and ink cartridges to be HP only

- We at HP do not encourage using 3rd party accessories or devices , hardware upgrades unless advised in any form of hp documentation

- Find all relevant guides and drivers from the support page here on best effort basis with the limited details that we have about the device  -
