Normal firmware upgrade via webserver is not available, I need thw .plt file for emergency upgrade, where can I get this!!!!!!!!!

Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance.

Dm has been sent, I hope you will be able to help as I have seen many others with the same issue, all I need is the .plt file
