Priniting color not accurate. recently the engineer replaced the printhead. it was ok and after few day again the color not accurate. printing was look very pale. any solution.

With the Latex printers you have to redo the color calibration if you see variances in color.
It also a good idea to change both Printheads of the same colors at the same time to keep some consistency.
There is a selection box within each media profile for Long run color consistency - try selecting this option.
You could also try reloading the media profile as it may have become corrupt.
Keep your room Humidity around 50% for best results as well.
Check the Latex Knowledge Centre as well, there may be a solution to your issue already posted there.
