Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

HELP!

I have a HP T120, it keep saying that the K (Black ink cartridge needs to be replace).

I purchased and replace a new printhead and it still says the same.

I tried Hard resetting the printer, restarting the printer, putting in the new print head and then restarting the printer

Hi,

It seems it is an issue with firmware

Can you please tell whats the firmware ?
