Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm getting a pop-up message (modal window) when I print from MS Word saying my Print Preview is out of date, but my installed version is the latest one. What's the deal?

I am having the same issue trying to print from multiple CAD applications.
