HPZ3200ps
Microsoft Windows 11

I have been in a months long battle to get my Z3200 working again. What has made it exceptionally difficult is HP South Africa's distributors abject failure to source and deliver Ink and heads in a timely fashion. Example, my MK R head failed and took the carriage PC board with it. There are no HP Large Format printer official service agents in Namibia. HP South Africa says there are, but when I call them, they have no idea what the Z3200 is much less ever having worked one. There is a extremely well qualified shop in Windhoek that has taken on the job, they got the printer torn down to replace the board, put it back together and when they were ready to install the MK/R head, they discovered that HP's genius distributor sent me a 73 instead of a 70.  To make maters worse HP's corporate wonk, their country wide distributor and the local distributor tell me three weeks at least to get a new head. I do a quick google search and find multiple suppliers in the US who have them in stock for immediate shipping. Does anyone know if the chips on the heads sold in America are compatible with a printer sold in southern Africa?

HP was happy to take my money but seems utterly indifferent to helping me solve this issue in a timely fashion
